Precision Mechanism Development
Precision Mechanical Engineering group developed
the motorized fine-tune magnet girder in the storage ring, the high heat load
components which satisfy the Ultra-High-Vacuum environment, active grating used
for Soft X-ray inelastic scattering, precision adjustable stage in end station,
etc. In the early days of design, we use ANSYS and Solidworks Simulation
software to simulate static analysis, dynamic analysis or thermal analysis to
verify the design. Afterwards, we fabricate the prototype to make sure weather
the mechanism works expectedly or not.
Vibration Reduction Technology The technology
combined with the experimental modal testing and finite element method
(spectrum analyzers, accelerometer, vibrometer, STAR, ANSYS) can accurately
render the structure characteristics to help designers prevent vibration
problems in the stage of product development or design of the early pre-master
product structure. Also it can be used in design optimization and diagnosis
treatment of vibration problems in the actual product. By introducing the
structure modal testing in conjunction with finite element analysis, we can
enhance the technological capabilities of the R&D and product improvement
of the domestic industry in Taiwan.
