研究領域:
  • 個人研究主要是利用角解析光電子能譜(ARPES)研究電子材料的能帶結構,並搭配第一原理的理論計算以及拉曼光譜、電子傳輸性質等其他研究工具,目前的研究課題著重在二維體系或展現二維行為電子材料的電子結構,特別是石墨烯與拓樸絕緣體。
    在石墨烯的研究方面,主要利用熱裂解方法在碳化矽基板上成長單層與多層石墨烯,並用摻雜不同原子或氣體沉積的方式,探討其電性與電子結構的改變。
    在拓樸絕緣體方面,則是利用角解析光電子能譜研究其狄拉克費米子在表面態的行為,進而操控狄拉克錐在能帶結構中的位置,以尋找可應用於自旋電子元件的新穎材料。
