研究領域:
  • Cu(In,Ga)(Se,S)2薄膜太陽能電池製程相關的表面與界面研究,包含其晶體結構、電子組態及元素分佈對效率的影響。表面及尺寸效應於奈米材料晶體結構之影響
  • LiFePO4電池陰極材料對於不同的金屬元素摻雜及碳源表面包覆的電性、磁性以及結構探討。
