| Additional Description |
The Seller shall submit drawings to NSRRC, within 90 calendar days afterthe date of awarding contract. The Product shall be completed anddelivered DDP at NSRRC Taiwan Beamline Office at SPring-8, Hyogo,Japan, within 300 calendar days after the date of NSRRC’s writtennotification after design drawings are approved. After final delivery of theProduct, the Seller shall complete the installation and test of the product,within 30 calendar days after the date of NSRRC’s written notification, and the installation and test results shall conform to the requirements of this Contract.
