Congratulations to NSRRC Users, Chien-Lung Wang, Yi-Tsu Chan and Yu-Ting Liu for Winning the 2018 Ta-You Wu Memorial Award

The Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has announced the forty-five awardees of the 2018 Ta-You Wu Memorial Award. There are three NSRRC users among them: Prof. Chien-Lung Wang, Prof. Yi-Tsu Chan and Prof. Yu-Ting Liu.

Prof. Wang, an associate professor in Applied Chemistry of National Chiao-Tung University has expertise in lattice structure and grain bondary. Prof. Chan is an associate professor in Chemistry of National Taiwan University with research interests in design and synthesis of functional polymers, as well as construction and mass analysis of metallo-supramolecules. Prof. Liu, an assistant professor in Soil and Environmental Sciences of National Chung Hsing University specializes in soil chemistry, analysis of synchronous radiation, and environmental soil biogeochemical.

In memory of Prof. Ta-You Wu, a highly respected physicist and educator, who was devoted his entirely life to the development of science, beginning from 2002 National Science Council (reformed as MOST since 2014) presents Ta-You Wu Memorial Award every year to recognize researchers under the age of 42 who have made excellent achievements in certain academic fields.
