Congratulations to Former NSRRC BOT Chair Prof. Minn-Tsong Lin on His APS Fellowship

The American Physical Society (APS) recently announced the 2025 class of APS Fellows. Prof. Minn-Tsong Lin, a long-term user of the NSRRC, and a faculty member in the Department of Physics at National Taiwan University, has been elected as one of the new Fellows. Prof. Lin previously served as Chair of NSRRC's Board of Trustees (BOT) from 2020 to 2024, and currently a member of NSRRC's Science Advisory Committee. He has long devoted to applying synchrotron radiation to studies in physics and materials sciences. This honor recognizes him for his leadership in advancing physical sciences in Taiwan, fostering global partnerships, and promoting science outreach while performing exceptional foundational research into the interaction in low-dimensional or nano-scaled magnetic systems.
